how can i apply for micropayments?

i just created a business account. I need to change to micropayments but i cant seem to find the "apply" button anywhere. any help is appreciated.

I am sorry you were not able to find how to add Micropayment Pricing to your PayPal account, you can sign up by clicking here. I hope this helps.
