ACCESS TO PAYPAL on PLAYSTATION STORE

I’m trying to attach my paypal account to playstation store but it constantly states that my email adress or password is invalid. Any help? NB: My paypal account is active and running and I know both my password and email.

To Add PayPal Account

1. Sign in to your PlayStation Network.
2. From Account section on the left, select [Payment Management].
3. Select [Add a PayPal Account].
4. Select [Pay with my PayPal account] and log in to your account to authorize payment.
5. Confirm your account information and select [Done]
