PayPal reached me the last 4 days saying that my account is limited and I need to provide some information to lift up this limitation. I provided my ID with the screenshots on the front and the back but the billing address is quite an issue since I don't pay bills and I don't have a bank account. what can I do in this situation in order to solve this?
