I’m trying to redeem my earnings on my “My Points” App and they are saying my PayPal account has to be verified. I have already linked my Bank along with my debit card and I thought that once I received an email from PayPal stating that my Bank Account was now connected that it meant I have been verified but I’m still getting an error message upon my redemption saying my account needs to be verified! I’m not sure that I’m understanding but could someone please help me through this process or instruct me on what steps to take to resolve this issue?

Thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear the account hasn't been verified. Generally we ask that you link and confirm a bank to help verify the account.
