I had my UI benifits sent to PayPal prepaid debit direct deposit and applied for a prepaid cash card .my claim was submitted and deposited to prepaid card account but found it on my PayPal account in my cash card account that hasn't been activated due to not received card in mail and been 13 days since sent for card how can I access my money? Any advice greatly appreciated

Good day! I hope all is well. Thank you for using community forum to be heard. 

Direct Deposit is only available on PayPal accounts in the US for customers who have signed up for the PayPal Cash Card debit card. If you have the PayPal Cash Card, reason as to why money is on your PayPal Card but since you don't have your card yet, you can st8 access your money by, transferring it to your bank or to eligible cards.
