Account limited, PayPal don't answer for 2 months (and more)

Hi, My account got limited, so I have sent all the required informations. Paypal said that it will take 3 business days to review my informations. Its been 2 months now. I can't use my money and I need it.

I have sent a lot of email without any answer. The only way to get an answer from them is to insult them on twitter, I guess I have to keep doing it.

 

Do you have any ideas how to not get rob by PayPal?

Thanks for reaching the Community for this concern. When you open a French PayPal account, we only ask you for the essential information so that you can start using it immediately. 

Initially, all PayPal accounts are limited in terms of sending, receiving, and transferring money.
To remove these limits, we ask you to confirm certain information about yourself or your online activity by following the steps below, or only some of them:

  • Register and confirm a bank account
  • Save and confirm a bank card
  • Fill in information about your activity (if applicable)
  • Confirm your account information
