am trying to close my account due to wrong country and wanna open a new account with the correct data. Problem is it is not allowing me to close the current account! message is " Your account can’t be closed Accounts that are being reviewed cannot be closed."
I cant reach customer service nor i heard back from them after submitting the reasons account was under review.
Sadly if its the wrong countries paypal account then you would not be able to verify it and so would not be able to close it or remove any limitations.
