If you are verifying your Identity with PayPal and don't have a bank account with a proper bank statement and use Green Dot as a bank account and it does not provide you with monthly statements, you can submit a Utility Bill (gas, phone, electricity, cell Phone, cable, Internet service bill) or a credit card statement/bill instead of providing a bank statement.
I called and talked to a guy named nick told me the recipient card and the account number would be fine nope lie was wrong about that cause I was told the next day that they didn’t use green dot anymore boy did I waste my time and money getting a prepaid card and they locked my account down with the card on there when I had called up there they refused to shut the account down until provided documents I was mad as hell and still am had to start another account and used a different card from cash app bet u money they give me one hell of a time over that too personally pay pal is crap
