CAN'T RECEIVE ANY PAYMENTS! HELP

I am not able to receive any payments from anyone. My account isn't locked or limited and PayPal hasn't contacted me about any issues with my account. I tried sending from multiple accounts and nothing is working please help! I live in the U.S and my account is fully verified.

People can send payments to you via your phone or email address. On your side please check your account profile and make sure nothing says "Unconfirmed".
The other party (sender of payment) has to do their part too. When sending payments, they must ensure that they are sending the payment to your PayPal email or mobile number. There should be no typographical errors. If the sender makes a mistake, the money they send will be in limbo. You would see nothing on your side.
