Can't connect my visa electron card

I got my electron visa debit card and I tried to connect it with my paypal account.This is message that I got ,,We’re sorry, something went wrong. Please try again.'' I have around 100$ on my card so that's not a problem I think.Can you help me please I really need my paypal account linked with my debit card..
