Can't verify PayPal account on Redbubble

A while ago I connected my Paypal account with a print on demand service, Redbubble, to sell art online. But not so long ago I got a message from Redbubble that I had to verify my Paypal account to receive payments. 

So I followed the instructions showed above, I clicked on the "Verify PayPal Account" button. I then got redirected to the PayPal website which required me to log into my account and accept Redbubble to link with my PayPal account. Everything went smoothly as it should, but a few seconds later I got redirected back to the Redbubble website which said that my PayPal account couldn't be verified and that I had to try again. I tried again a few times, which only led me to the same result. 

Redbubble also gave some links to help with the problem I had, but clicking on them led me back to the PayPal website, showing that the link or the article that I was trying to find didn't exist anymore. 

I have contacted Redbubble about this, and I'm also posting it here to see if others have struggled with the same problem and if someone have any idea how this can be solved.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues when trying to verify your PayPal account. We would advise you to try completing the verification process on a different device and browser to see if that helps.

If you are still experiencing difficulties at this point, I would advise you to try reaching out to our customer service team directly and we can help. This can be done by clicking the 'Help & Contact' icon at the bottom of any PayPal webpage. From here, you can then click the 'Call Us' option. If no number shows on the next page, please click the 'Call as a guest' option to be provided with the best number to call us on.
