I got a hold of one person in the help messages. They sent me a code text to verify my phone number. It didn’t help. They tried to transfer me to another person. Y’all if I get this fixed you’d be getting some money. I’ve been trying for almost a year now to get it fixed. It seems they don’t know the solution either.

You would need a paypal cash account to access the cash a cheque service.

@kernowlass I already have a PayPal Cash Plus account and I still got this error. I took photos of the check as instructed, but then it said it needs to verify my identity. After a few days I received an email saying that they cannot verify my identity. It didn't say what I should do or how to proceed. Any advice?
