Changing the country from South Africa to Kenya

I would like to change the phone number from south africas +27 to kenyas +254 since i have relocated from South Africa to Kenya

Hi, 

You will have to open a Kenya PayPal account instead:

https://www.paypal.com/ke/webapps/mpp/account-selection

But first, close out your South Africa account:

1. Resolve any open disputes or account limitations.
2. Zero out the balance.
3. Cancel any active automatic payments.
4. Remove financial info (bank accounts, cards).
5. Go to Settings.
6. Click Close Account under Account Options section.
