Debit card verification seemed not working

Hello,
I created my Paypal account last week and linked my BPI debit card.
I tried linking my account into an online job, unfortunately it wasn't accepted due to my account is not yet verified.

I assumed it was already verified since my bank account linked successfully. 
Tried looking for answers, found similar thread to this but it was left unanswered.

It says "click the card in wallet, then select confirm card", but there is no confirm card, just a remove card link.

I'd like to use my PP-account for paying services and I've transferred money into it, but PP wants me to register credit card before I could use my existing money for payments. I don't have credit card, only national debit and if I can't pay without card registering PP is useless to me.

If you need to verify an account in your country via a bank account then you have to add and confirm a bank account and not a debit card?

Aside from providing all personal information, it needed to link a bank account (debit card) or creditcard. Since I don't have a credit card, I used bank (debit card). And Oh, I can't see a confirm button upon selecting my bank. There's only "give a nickname" and "remove bank" link

When I am doing link my debit card then it's showing me that your card had loged in another account so please first remove from there then after you can link your debit card again with new paypal ID Because I have forgotten my that account password in which I have linked my debit card but now I wanna link my debit card in my new paypal account so please please please help me Thank sir Regards Rohit
