Email confirmation error

I'm getting this error message in the Live section of the My Apps and Credentials part of the developer dashboard:
Email confirmation needed: To access live features, please confirm your email address. We sent you an email with instructions on how to confirm your email address. Alternatively, go to paypal.com to confirm your email.
Only problem is that the email address has been confirmed. Any thoughts on how to get this working?

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post.
If your email doesn't look like is confirmed you can try this workaround. I suggest you add and confirm a different email address. Once the new email is Primary, you will be able to remove the old one. When the email is removed, you can attempt to add it again. You should be able to confirm it again.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
- My account is suspended with no appeal. in Disputes and Limitations Archives
- My PayPal account declines payments received from gumroad in Payments Archives
- No paypal protection even though used paypal can't contact seller in Disputes and Limitations Archives
