Gateway Timeout?

Hello,

when I try to access PayPal, the page comes up fine. It asks me for my username and password, but then it won't load the dashboard. It just keeps in a loop of loading for like five minutes and then a Gateway Timeout error comes up. I have tried with and without proxy / VPN but there is no difference. I have tried another computer and browser as well.

Is there any known problem with PayPal? I could not find any information.

Cheers

It is working again.

Looks like a temporary issue. I emailed support and now it looks fine for me.

Hi,

just a little work around for now:

It appears that just the dashboard is down. If you click on help, it brings up the help center page of PayPal. Since to access it, you need to be logged in, you will see your PayPal options as usual on top. Summary, Saldo, etc. You can just click on one of those links and the respective page opens fine. This way you can check your saldo or make payments.

However, if you click on the Summary / Dashboard part, the Server Error comes up again. So it is just the Dashboard that seems to be down. Maybe this helps someone.

Cheers
