hello all,currently im very new on paypal...im starting to buy stuff from outside and very worried as no safety or protection ...lastly i found paypal as an option as it has buyer protection..i have heard that we can hold and doesnt realease payment untill we get the stuff...im buying stuff from india ,the seller use email and ask me to send funds there..how do i activate buyer protection so that if he lied or scam im save and covered..thanks alot
