Help me log on and validate please

I need to log into my pay pal to change my phone number in-order to activate my account. Seen as my old number is registered to my account I am unable to do this. However now I am unable to login or use my pay pal. It’s a cycle of needing to log on and not being able to. Please help

I am having the exact same problem, suddenly i cannot access my account, i do not have a mobile number attached to the account, just a landline that doesn't work!
