I created this account some time ago because i tried to make money with online business but i stopped doing it and now i recieved personal money and the money is suspended, i tried to switch to a personal account but it only proposes me to close the account ? must i really wait 21 days before having acces to my money ?

To request your account to be downgrade from business to personal, you need to contact our customer support. To do this, simply click on 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page.
