How do I confirm my mailing address?

I was looking through some transactions and I see that right below my mailing address (NOT email address) is the following:

How can I confirm this mailing address?

 

I can't find any links.  When I click on the question mark - it tells me to only ship to confirmed addresses - it mentions nothing about how to confirm an unconfirmed MAILING address.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
