I created my PayPal business account from Estonia and I returned to my country(Bangladesh) after my studies. I have no access to my previous phone number and address. Now I can't add a new phone number other than Estonian Numbers and neither can I add a new home address. I tried emailing PayPal and I didn't get any response for 4 days. I tried to call and it is always a robot talking to me.
Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
HOWEVER Paypal is not supported in Bangladesh so you can't use a paypal account in that country.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
I understand that. PayPal supports in Canada (my second home). So if I want to update my information and add details of my Canadian bank and address, will that work? For now, I don't have an option to do that on my own, I need to talk to support team that can help me verify my new bank account and phone number. How can I do that? I failed to connect with PayPal support team (a human). The number I see from the contact page isn't valid when I dial. I see an error. This couldn't be an option to delete my account or make another just because I changed my location. PayPal is a worldwide service I think. I'll need to find a way to fix this.
PayPal accounts are country specific. If you move to another country and do not close out your PayPal account, it is rather difficult to get access to it from another country. Since you live in Bangladesh now and PayPal does not provide services in there, you will not be able to use PayPal account there.
