I'm not a robot

Hi,

I love PayPal but since this past weekend, they're system sucks.

Since Sat., every time I logged into my account I have to click the I'm not a robot box and look at pictures of palm trees or traffic lights.

Why? I'm on my home computer.

The pictures are freaking small to look at. I always have to enlarge them so I can find what they're looking.

Thanks,

Jeff

I was wondering the same thing, plus, when replying to a comment you have to go through 'THE PICTURE QUIZ' even after being logged in. (I'll have to go through it again to post this)

It really doesn't make much sense to me as 'spambots' could easily be removed if they were linked to an account/user and the user could also be removed if a constant 'offender'.

If it's someone with a stolen password, the 'verification' wouldn't be any challenge to a real person so why is it deemed necessary/

Maybe just to keep someone in IT in employment?

Is this post flagged? I keep getting 'verification failed' message?
