I'm trying to verify my paypal account. Its APRIL 2020

Paypal changed the interface again recently, I've been trying to verify my account all day. I have money on the card that I am trying to use to verify my paypal account. I've searched youtube, I've searched the help center, nothing. I tried to call paypal, after they verified my identity they said they're closed. I attempted to use the chat option for customer service at 11am, its now 6pm so I dont think theres anybody there either.

Please help me!!!!!!!!
