I am sorry but your question is kind of vague. However, If you go by nonprofits and/or charities then it may reduce your interest rate - if you are pertaining to PayPal fees. To learn more, please click "Help" button near at the bottom of paypal pages and search for "How much does PayPal cost for nonprofits and charities?" (Country dependent).
But,
if you are pertaining to PayPal Credit Card then you may need to contact Syncrony Bank.
