Issues with adding a Tide business account

Hi everyone!

New here and hoping for some advise

I have set a paypal account up to use specifically for a new business set up, and am trying to link up my Tide business bank account and card, without much luck.

I'm just getting an error message saying 'Paypal internal error' not able to process your request right now, please try again later etc.

I did speak to a really nice lady in customer services, and she said to just keep trying, so just wondering if anyone else has experienced any similar issues with trying to link up a virtual banking account, and if so, how was it resolved?

Not sure Paypal would accept it as.........
