Legal name change can’t attach documents

I am recently married and have a legal name change. When I try to update in Paypal and attach my documents I used 3 different browsers on PC as well as Iphone and there is no send or continue button? How can I get my name changed online and have paypal receive my documents. I’d rather not have to mail them . Has anyone done it recently and noticed the send and continue button gone? What did you do to get the name changed?

I'm going to give you an alternate PayPal link for uploading documents.

You may want to contact support and tell them you have uploaded your name change documents using the alternate upload link.

They want 3 files in total.

You just need to upload 3 documents. Once the 3 files have been uploaded, a check box appears and a confirm button.
