Hello all,

 

 

I am hoping you can help me. 

 

I have an account with Paypal under a different email. I have tried logging in but it says my password is incorrect. I can't have a text sent because the number is out of date. My security answers are also being deemed as incorrect although i cannot see how this is the case. I have asked for a verification email as well but when i type this in it refers me to the previous two measures. I can't login and i believe the account has been hacked. 

 

I can't contact anyone because of the Corona outbreak. I have had to set up a brand new account just so i can contact people for help. Suffice to say I am not impressed with Paypals "customer service"

If you’re having trouble logging in, you may just need to clear your cache and cookies from your Internet browser. If you need help doing this, go to your browser's support page, or do a web search with "How do I clear cache and cookies in (Your Internet browser name and version, for example, Internet Explorer 11)?"

If you can’t log in because you forgot the email address or forgot your password connected with your PayPal account, you can recover access with these steps:

I forgot the email address for my PayPal account:

  1. Go to Log In.
  2. Click Having trouble logging in?
  3. Click Forgotten your email address?
  4. Enter up to three email addresses you may have registered.
  5. If an email address you entered is recognized we'll let you know which one.
  6. Click Continue to log in if you remember your password.
