Hello Folks, I have used Paypal to buy things, but yesterday I request a payment from a new tenant for the rental of one of my www.vermontvacation-rentals.com homes here in manchester Center, VT The tenant tells me he paid the requested 9,088.00 but my paypal account says 8,824.15 is on hold and has a button below it to add money? Please tell me what this means and how do I get my funds into my bank account. I have way money in my bank account, and requested it be put there. Is this because I have to have that amount in my paypal account so if there is a problem it can be resolved? Please help this newbie. stay safe and Healthy everyone!
