Hello! Can anybody please tell where do I find the 4 digit code Paypal needs to verify my Metrobank card and reimburse the 100Php they’ve collected from me?

It's very easy. Check your bank or card statement fora that charge of PHP 100. You should see a PayPal code together with that transaction. Once you get that code, login to paypal.com and enter the code under Wallet.
