Paypal sent me this message that $120 is "waiting for me". I just need to verify my identity.

So there is a link on the email to verify this account. The problem is it will not allow me to verify it. I have contacted customer service chat, they do not understand. I did some work for a company and they sent my pay via paypal. Now they are saying if i don't verify the account by Nov 1, they will send the money back. The company will not send the money again. How do I rectify this. There is no phone support, no email support, and the chat reps quote from  a boiler plate system. 

Any ideas?

forget the log in link, just log in to your paypal account normally and go to the resolution centre to provide the i.d. paypal are requesting.

if you click on the 3 dots top right in your paypal summary page > resolution centre.
