Hello everyone, I recently opened this paypal account so that I can transfer my scholarship from my own card to this card in the UK. However, when I tried the first time to transfer 500 to my lloyds bank account, it appears to be transferred-pending, but I indeed chose the 'instant transfer' option. Why does this still happen?
And my second question is : I also tried to link my Starling bank account (recently opened, like 3d ago) to this paypal using the link paypal provided. I passed all the authendication process, but paypal tells me they cannot process this, please try again later. I have double-checked any details, all are true, why did I fail the process?
