Problems Converting personal account to business account

I’m trying to convert my account to a business account and have answered all the questions in the “describe your business “ section but when I click next it just says we’re sorry something appears to have gone wrong but it’s not telling me what??

I would recommend getting in touch with our customer support team for further assistance. Support can be reached by selecting Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page.
