Regarding the account activation

Whenever going to send or receive money from my friend, it's says THERE IS SOME PROBLEM WITH YOUR ACCOUNT,  I've already confirmed my bank account and there is no mistake in my name or account, I've checked everything, but again and again it says that  THERE IS SOME PROBLEM WITH YOUR ACCOUNT,

Please rectify this problem as soon as possible.

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
