Trying to send a friend a small payment and it says 'Quick verification needed'. When I have it send a text to my number, it fails and says "
- Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you." and then "Try another way" link just takes you back to the same screen. When you click dismiss, it says "Sorry about that, we are having some trouble completing your request right now."
This has been happening all day on mobile app and web site via my PC.
I set up 2 step verification, and of course, that text's me just fine every time.
I tried calling today and they said they are closed due to corona virus limitations. Really? Not one person in support remote?
Anyone else having this issues? I did search the help topics BTW, and back in 2019 other users had same issue with no resolution listed.
Only way I have to pay a friend, so is important to me..
