Is there a problem that PayPal is not telling us about? We haven't been able to log in via the normal https://paypal.com or http://paypal.com routes the past 24 hours, with three different computers and multiple browsers, from Hampton Roads, Virginia. I see large outages in the major metropolitan areas on the outage maps. But I was able to log in via this community site by clicking on the PayPal link at top left on the page.
