Is it possible to add a VISA debit card with the expiry date of this month and year?

Technically the card is good till it expires. If this is card account you own, then you should be receiving your renewal card that should be sent 60 days before expiry. For your convenience it would be best to use your renewal card.
If you still have not received it due to the current global situation. You may try. Like earlier advised it's still a good card.

You need to contact your bank. Ask them when you should have received the card and if they can expedite a replacement. They will be canceling your current card and issued a new card with a new number.

It's not a card issued by a bank, it's a visa reward card, like a gift card in a way.
