Unable to login due to required phone number confirmation.

Hi,
Unable to confirm number, country code (+996) is replaced by 0 after saving number. So I unable to receive confirmation code/call, due to paypal issues. Login requires phone number confirmation. Unable to login. Can someone suggest how to proceed?

If you are seeing limited contact options at this time, try selecting the “Password and account access” option under the "Common Issues" menu and then the "Login Issues" link on the "Contact Us" page. Available options to contact us while logged out should appear during hours of operation.
