Unrecognized device

I received a message saying someone logged in from an unrecognized device. Can you tell me how to find when and where they logged in and what activity happened during that time?

As this is an online forum, we cannot give you account-specific information but we can only provide you with general answers. Our security system detects every access attempt and if a device is new and not recognise, it may ask you to reset your security details or to verify your information. Just to be sure, I would recommend changing password and security questions to restore the safety of your account.
