Using DBA on Paypal Business Account

We were recently contacted, by Paypal, due to a problem with our business name not matching our EIN. We've been on here for years, but first time there was a problem.
So, we went to check things out and our only guess was that we've been using our DBA name on our Paypal account. This sent some sort of red flag because our actual business name is what is on our taxes. We changed our information to make our real business name to be on our account.
This should satisfy the w-9 requirement with IRS. But, now when a customer pays with Paypal, they see our real business name as opposed to our DBA. They aren't similar, so I could see it confusing a customer.
Credit card payments are ok because we can set a different name to appear on credit card statements. But, Paypal payments always show our real name, not our DBA.
Any way to change this? We were thinking we could just change our business name, on Paypal, back to our DBA. But, not sure if that will mess up any future w-9 they try to file.
Any help?
