can I use paypal on Old Navy?

From Guyana, no. They accept credit or debit cards.
If you were a US PayPal account user based in the USA, you may use the PayPal debit or credit card but not a PayPal account. But this is not to suggest that you open a US PayPal account though.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
