Verification of account

Is anyone else have this constant problem with PayPal verification?? I get asked every single time I use the account,today it has gone one step further in annoying the hell out of me,it ask for the verification code to be sent to my landline number,my sister has just been told she has cancer,I wanted to send flower again I asked for the code to be sent to my landline number but they cannot send it??? Says try later,I called customer service and was told it is now sorted out,I still have not been able to verify the account as it will not ring my home number,I had to wait another hour and then contacted the customer service again and was told this time that telephone companies are stopping PayPal from ringing the landlines????? So as it I cannot send funds even though I am on the phone to PayPal and they know I am who I say I am but they cannot send the money unless I can verify my account which I can’t because they can’t ring my home number.Absolutely incredible and ridiculous,anyone else having this problem and can advise me on what I can do as I don’t have a mobile phone.grrrr come on PayPal sort it out .

You need to have added a mobile phone to your paypal account for the new security requirements.

A message has been on your paypal account for months telling you to add or update one.

They have my mobile number,I have told them for months it’s the same one as used for years,still getting messed about it’s a joke and needs to be sorted out
