when i pick the card as a payment method, it says “we added your new funding source but can’t use it right now” (no other explanation). i removed my phone number from my account and added my mom’s because my number is linked to my old paypal account and can’t log on (it says we can’t confirm it’s you), because i can’t even get the code in the first place to log on to my paypal because my phone number is linked to a couple of older paypal accounts. what is going on? why can’t i get verification codes? why can’t i send money?
