trying to add card to business account

Hi, trying to link a card to my account , i add my details and get message saying 0.01 will be entered into bank account and to use 4 digit activation code to set up the card. nothing has shown up on my bank account and while i wait to see if it will come through. (10mins) ..in that time my paypal wants to log me out , i stop it and i lose the add card activation code part and have to start again. i have tried 2 times and still nothing showing up on my bank account. help please

If you keep clicking to get another code then you will need to wait for the LAST code to show as any previous ones would have been nullified when you clicked for another code
