My local 7/11 scans the generated barcode but often can't accept deposit. It's so frustrating. Anyone else have this problem?

Hi @Braddy66,
I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulty adding cash at a retailer. Are you generating the barcode right then and there, or is the barcode being generated over an hour beforehand? A barcode expires if it isn't used in one hour.
Another possibility is that the security system may be detecting risk and declining use of the account to transact. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.
Olivia

Today I added 400 dollars at the 7-11 To my PayPal cash app. I have the receipt to prove it. Only 4 minutes after I deposited the money I received an email from PayPal with a reference number and everything saying” you can no longer use PayPal, we can no longer offer PayPal services to you” I call customer service and they deny everything. They say because your account is closed, we can not see anything. They say they can not see the email they sent me or the 400 dollars I deposited. They say because your PayPal account was closed, the 400 dollars from 7-11 never went to your account. But I found out about they closing my account exactly 4 minutes after I deposited the 400 dollars. I have the receipt with the time on it and the time that the email was sent to me. So I don’t recommend to anyone to use PayPal for anything because they just stole my money in broad daylight and everyone is denying it and no one at their Customer service has the decency to find out the truth. So that’s what they do at PayPal. They steal your money if they can getaway with it. But they are not getting away this time because I’m gonna nail them.
