Associate streamlabs with PAYPAL

Hello has anyone ever been able to associate the streamlabs account with paypal in order to receive credit card donations directly to the paypal account?
PAYPAL tells me : Thanks for applying for advanced debit and credit card payments. Unfortunately, we're unable to approve your application at this time.
You can reapply again in 90 days from the date of your previous application. In the meantime, you can continue using your PayPal account to send and receive money.
What is the problem ? i send mail to paypal but not RESPOND !!!

I know how to set it
the idea is that paypal does not allow me !!! I can receive the donations only through paypal I want to receive from the credit card from my viewers directly in paypal

I didn't solve anything, paypal doesn't give any answer about it

 Hello, i think i manage to solve it. You have to connect only this account to allow your viewers to donate with their cards, and not the top one. To check if it works you have to make the donate with a card that is not at your name.

Same problem here... I have my account with Legacy Paypal connected, but the new one is way better... i send messages and emails to paypal, no one answer...
