Avast and "Phishing" warning

I have message for Paypal that false orders have been reported.

When I try to access this message, Avast warns that phishing is taking place.

What do I do now? and how

If you find a suspicious email claiming to be from PayPal, do not click on any link or provide any information. You may forward the email to spoof@paypal.com. To know more about PayPal, kindly click on Security on the below of your page.
