My aunt sent money to my Venmo account. I haven't used Venmo in about 6 years but the account is still active. I tried to log in but I don't have access to the phone number anymore to confirm.
The customer service number is not working due to COVID and I opened a ticket aver 24 hours ago and I have not received a response.
