hello, can someone help me? I've linked my paypal to my Gcash. There was no problem transferring funds until gcash gives me this message saying that my preapproved plan is pending, retry after 24 hrs. I did that but still the same. It might be because of the limit set on my paypal. reading through some remedies randomly, the gcash payment plan must be cancelled and re-added to continue using it. however when i check my pre-approved plan, i can't find the "G-Xchange, inc." payment plan. how do i go about this? i emailed paypal but they just give me a robot reply of instruction that might resolve it, the automated instruction is a totally different topic not even closely related to mine. thanks for any help.
