Hello, I am a citizen of the USA. I'm in Turkey a few months for business. PayPal's closed here. I use a Turkish phone. I can't connect to PayPal here and I have to use vpn. I was asked for confirmation of identity, I sent my ID but it was not confirmed. I need to use the account urgently. How do I trade?
