I've got a client that made a paypal payment on shopify - I inadvertently included the wrong email address on my shopify account - (instead of the one associated with my paypal account, my personal one). So, I'm trying to add my business email to my personal paypal account to be able to transfer the payment - and I got hit with the 'suspicious activity' block, which prevents me from doing ANYTHING until it's verified. I did the whole picture of my driver's license thing a few hours ago to verify, so I can add my proper email to this account and get paid - how long does this normally take? I've got a payment that's just floating in limbo right now, unclaimed - and I'm locked out of changing my account to fix it.
Is there a way to speed up this process? It's me, for god sake - I appreciate the security, but I certainly wish this process was a little faster.
